Manufactured from Aircraft Grade 6061-T651 aluminum and secured with an 8-40 Socket Head Cap Screw (SHCS), it will slip right over the end of the magazine tube. All threaded holes have stainless steel Heli-Coil inserts, installed after hard anodizing flat black. The rail mount may be attached with the rail on either the left or the right side. A light, laser, sling attachment, etc. may be attached very easily to your 1895 via the Picatinny rail.
Also included is a new (8-40) dovetail stud that slides into the barrel slot and a longer, stronger 8-40 attachment screw to replace the bastard #6 screw that Marlin installed.
They are currently in stock and available for 1895’s chambered in .45-70. There were a few 336’s chambered in .30-30 with the 1895 style magazine tube and I can accommodate them as well.
The price for the barrel band and one section of rail is $165, and includes USPS Priority Mail delivery anywhere in the United States. Unfortunately, these cannot be shipped outside of the United States. The billing and shipping addresses must be within the United States.
The only modification required is drilling out the hole in the magazine tube plug to 11/64″ for 8-40 screw clearance.
